I can’t say I was ever much of a fan of Jade Goody.  On the rare occasions that I turned it on to BB I was less than impressed with her.  I was even less than impressed by the people who watched the show and made her famous.  But my heart goes out to her and her family as I wouldn’t wish this cancer on anyone.  She was saying how she’s trying to make as much money as she can at the moment.  Not for her but for her children.  She has realized how fancy cars and big houses aren’t important.  I trully agree with her, I only wish that people didn’t have to go through major health scares to realize this fact.

I hope that if nothing else comes from this experience, that people perhaps can learn a lesson from Jade Goody and learn about what really matters in life.  Also, the importance of getting a regular cervical smear.  I have to admit that I need to learn this lesson myself and will need to make an appointment from the doctor.
